Feeling lazy to cook today, so it’s just a simple lunch that don’t require many ingredients. Thus, it can be a great idea to pack this simple sandwiches for kids lunchbox or your own. At time, surely you would like some simple lunch.

Bought this pepperoni and salad on sale. You can use any bread of your choice. I use Helga Tradition Wholemeal bread. The price had gone up by 50 cents and it won’t come down. Probably it’s time I have to learn how to make my own bread. Also got to learn how to grow some green and herbs. The only thing is I am afraid of worms. My lunch is quick, simple, healthy, colourful, with a bit hint of spicy and delicious and I serve it with strawberry blueberry smoothie with Belgium chocolate ice cream. Let’s make it!!!!

6 thinly slices of pepperoni
butter for spreading
Butter the bread, then place some salad on top on one bread. Next place pepperoni slices and cover with another slice of buttered bread. Serve with strawberry blueberry smoothie with Belgium chocolate ice cream. Enjoy it while watching Netflix.
Note: You can add poached egg, scramble egg or cook egg with chili sauce. You can add avocado, bocconcini, tomato cherries or salsa verde by the side.
