Bought from Aldi Peking duck flavoured noodles soup, and spinach leaves. In a nearby Asian grocery, found this new pork, prawn, and vegetables beancurd rolls. Got to taste and see if its good. I know instant noodles are not good to eat every day. Eat in moderation is ok.
“Pork, prawn, and vegetable beancurd rolls, also known as Fu Pei Guen, are a traditional Cantonese dim sum featuring a savory filling of minced meat, seafood, and crunchy vegetables wrapped in crispy tofu skin. They are rich in protein, calcium, and iron, promoting strong bones and healthy blood, while also being low in carbohydrates. Additionally, these rolls are braised, making them a healthier option compared to deep-fried alternatives, and they offer dietary fiber and antioxidants from vegetables like shiitake mushrooms. Overall, they are very healthy and delicious.”
“Spinach is a nutrient-dense, dark green leafy vegetable rich in vitamins A, C, K, iron, calcium, and antioxidants, which can boost immunity, protect eyes, and support bone health. It contains beneficial compounds like lutein and zeaxanthin that protect against age-related eye damage and is high in vitamin K, promoting bone health. Spinach also has natural nitrates that may lower blood pressure and improve heart health, is an excellent plant-based iron source, and is high in dietary fiber, aiding digestion. However, it contains oxalates, so those prone to kidney stones should consume it in moderation, and individuals on blood thinners should consult their doctor before large consumption.”
