Blueberry cucumber and pear smoothie

Today, I am making smoothie with leftovers of fruits zucchini and garnish with the last few blueberries and chocolate sprinkles as long time I didn’t use it. I am only using water to make my smoothie. Once a while it’s good to have all the benefits of fruits intake. As we are always on the go and have no time for a proper healthy diet. This is one that I would recommend to everyone to have them, as often as possible. You can play around with your fruits: mixing them or adding a vegetable or two with fruits. Let’s make smoothie and stay healthy!!!

Ingredients

250 g blueberries, divide
1/2 cucumber, cut into bite size, divide
1 big pear, removed seed and cored, cut into bite size, divide
about 1/4 c water, divide

Garnish

3 blueberries
chocolate sprinkles

Method

Do half of each ingredient as you don’t want it to spill out of Nutri bullet and add 1/8 c of water. Blend still purees smooth. Pour into glass. Using the same container add the remaining ingredients with 1/8 c water. Blend still purees smooth. Chill the glasses of smoothie in fridge for 30 minutes. Just before serving garnish with blueberries and chocolate sprinkles. Enjoy your smoothie that is healthy.
