Nectarine plum strawberry and tomato smoothie

Are we getting enough fruits in our diet? Are we going to be energetic? Or are going to innovative? These questions remind me that every day I have a fresh start of my life. No matter who we used to be or what we have done, we can put it all behind us. We can start a fresh, knowing we are alive, we have determination and abundant food and fresh water. Whatever you goal make it worth.

Got up feeling like I needed fruits smoothie, a healthy drink. Open my fridge to get my fruits and noticed that my last 4 cherries tomatoes isn’t looking good. Best use it, so I decided to add it in with my fruits. Today, innovation and inventive along with a boost of energy is my fresh start. I have always love to experiment the various combination of food.

The wonder of creation on earth, seeing so many innovations, abundant produce make me want to pursue food fusion invention in my culinary skill. My smoothie is flavourful, beautiful, healthy and delicious. Let’s make them as fresh start of the day!!!!

Ingredients

4 strawberries, washed, dried and stems removed
4 cherries tomatoes, washed and dried
4-6 Tbs yoghurt
1 Tbs water (OPT)
1 plum, removed seed and cut into chucky bite
1 nectarine, removed seed and cut into chunky bite

Garnish

3-4 sliced beetroot

Method

Put all the ingredients into Nutri Bullet, blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with leftover beetroot slices. Chill for 30 minutes and then drink.

Note: You can use any fruits of your choice such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, banana and fig. Or any food such as 3 colours capsicums, broccoli, spinach, asparagus, pumpkin or celery.
