Asparagus cucumber green capsicum and olive drink

Bought some asparagus and green capsicum today. Here’s another green vegetables creation to stay healthy. To keep cool in the heat of Summer, this drink really comes in handy. This is trial and error experiment. I just make for one to taste first.

It’s a simple, quick, healthy drink that you can easily made them. All you need is a blender. Better still if you have ice cubes. Well, I don’t so I have to chill my drink in the freezer for about 25-30 minutes before I can drink. In the meantime, I have time to browse some new recipes to try. My drink is chill, delicious and let’s make it.


4 stalks asparagus
3 pitted green olives
1/4 cucumber
1/2 green capsicum
lime juice (OPT)
2 green olives, decorate
1 blueberry, decorate


Put asparagus in a microwave safe bowl with enough water, microwave until tender about 6 minutes. Let it cool completely. Then add into Nutri Bullet with pitted olives, cucumber, green capsicum, enough water, and a drop or two drops lime juice. Blend till it’s well blended not puree but a bit liquid. Pour into glass chill in freezer for 25-30 minutes.

Before drinking get a satay stick cut to the length of glass, put one olive, followed by blueberry and another olive through the stay stick. Place on the glass. Enjoy!!!

Note: if you have ice cube add in. You can add any vegetables of your choice. You can make more just double the amount.
