Felt like having milkshake. Got match flavoured ice cream on sale. With leftovers strawberries and blueberries, I decided to puree it to add in to my creation milkshake.
This very simple pure indulgence as I called it. To you just a simple drink. Anyone can create their own milkshake. I am using almond milk for this just for different flavour. If you are allergic, please use normal milk. In addition to garnish sprinkle some chocolate over it.
My milkshake is a trial and error creation. I like it so I decided to post it. It’s delicious Brrrr too cold to drink on Winter day. But it’s worth the drink. Let’s make it!!!!
Ingredients
1 1/2 Tsp brewed coffee or instant coffee
15 ml almond milk
1 Tbs pureed strawberries and blueberries
3 scoops matcha flavoured ice cream
chocolate sprinkles, garnish
Method
Put kettle on. Once boil pour into coffee plunger with coffee powder. Cover the lid and press down a bit and leave for 5-7 minutes for stronger taste. If instant coffee put in a mug and add hot boiling water, stir and sit for 1-2 minutes.
Pour coffee out from plunger into highball glass with a scoop of matcha ice cream and almond milk. Then just a gentle stir. Next add 2 more scoop of matcha ice cream. Add the pureed berries and sprinkle chocolate over it. Drink immediately. Enjoy!!!!
