Valentine’s Day dessert
Google: “A mousse is a soft prepared food that incorporates air bubbles to give it a light and airy texture. It can range from light and fluffy to creamy and thick, depending on preparation techniques. A mousse may be sweet or savory.”
I see so many different flavour and method of making mousse. So, I am tempted to try from scratch. I know how to make chocolate with chocolate and oil, I assuming it would be the same with adding egg and gelatine to help airy bubbles, thicken and make it creamy I have added milk and banana. Green apple for sweetness.
I am glad it turned out to my liking. Great to get it ready for Valentine’s Day. I have chill it for 1 hour like panna cotta method. My mousse is thick, full of chocolate, creamy and delightful to have and share with you.
