100 g asparagus, cut into bite size
A handful of Asian chives, wash and dry
1 egg, lightly beaten
25 ml custard
25 ml milk
Granada Parmesan cheese grated
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven 180 deg C. Beat egg lightly with milk and custard. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a small wok with oil for 2 minutes. Add asparagus fry for 2 minutes, add the Asian chives for 1 minutes.
Next pour the egg mixture onto the vegetables and sprinkle cheese and chili flakes. Cooked for 3 minutes. Then transfer to the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until slight brown and cooked through.
