Felt like having chili tuna, so I went to get it and on my way out found these buns are on sale, bought it along with sliced kraft cheese. Too hungry as last night I skip dinner, thus my picture isn’t beautiful but at least I have my chili tuna to eat.
“John West canned chili tuna is a convenient pantry staple that combines wild-caught skipjack tuna with chili and garlic seasoning. It provides high protein (15g to 18g per 100g), essential Omega-3 fatty acids, and is MSC certified, costing around $3.50 AUD for a 185g can. Made with simple ingredients, it contains no artificial colours or preservatives and requires no cooking.”
“Kraft Singles are popular, budget-friendly processed cheese slices in Australia, known for their smooth texture, long shelf life, and excellent melting quality. They provide a convenient source of calcium, are individually wrapped for portability, and melt evenly, making them a preferred choice for various hot dishes.”
My simple quick lazy lunch is healthy, spicy and delicious. Let’s microwave to melt cheese and warm up!!!
Ingredients
2 canned John West chili flavoured tuna, 90 g each
2 halved buns
2 sliced kraft single cheeses

Open the canned chili tuna. Place bun on a plate. Spread butter on both halved buns. Flip each canned on each halved buns. Place each sliced kraft single cheese on top of each filled tuna buns. Microwave for 10-12 seconds. Serve with a big cup of bought instant mushroom soup. Enjoy!!!
