Triple berries oats blueberries rice bubbles and crystallised ginger

Bought Uncle Toby’s oats, and Coles crystallised ginger. My sister gave me the rice bubble which she had threw away most of it, then she realised that I can make use of it. I had added into my oat with craisins. This my lazy and quick meal.

“Uncle Toby’s oats are 100% Australian wholegrain oats, known for their high fiber content, especially beta-glucan, which aids in lowering cholesterol. They provide sustained energy, essential nutrients, and come in Traditional, Quick, or Steel-Cut varieties. Two servings daily are recommended for cholesterol management as part of a healthy diet.”

“Rice Bubbles, or puffed rice cereal, are light, crispy grains of white rice that make a “snap, crackle, pop” sound when milk is added. They are a low-fat, gluten-free breakfast option often fortified with iron and B vitamins but low in fiber and higher in added sugar. They provide essential nutrients and are easy on the digestive system, commonly used in quick, no-bake treats.”

“Crystallized ginger is fresh ginger root cooked in sugar syrup, dried, and coated in sugar, making it a chewy and flavorful treat that offers health benefits. It helps settle the stomach, reduces nausea from motion sickness, morning sickness, and post-surgery effects, and aids digestion. Ginger contains anti-inflammatory compounds that relieve minor aches and soreness, and its antioxidants combat cold and flu symptoms while supporting immune function.”
