Triple berries oats salted caramel rice bubble bites with craisins

Bought Uncle Toby’s oats, and salted caramel bites. My sister gave me the rice bubble which she had threw away most of it, then she realised that I can make use of it. I had added into my oat with craisins. This my lazy and quick meal.

“Uncle Toby’s oats are 100% Australian wholegrain oats, known for their high fiber content, especially beta-glucan, which aids in lowering cholesterol. They provide sustained energy, essential nutrients, and come in Traditional, Quick, or Steel-Cut varieties. Two servings daily are recommended for cholesterol management as part of a healthy diet.”

“Salted caramel bites are bite-sized snacks that blend sweet caramel with savory salt, marketed as healthier alternatives to traditional candy. Made with whole food ingredients, they provide a sustained energy boost without sugar crashes. Functional “beauty” bites contain collagen and vitamins C and E for skin and hair benefits, along with probiotics and prebiotic fiber for digestion and immune support. These portable snacks are often freezer-friendly for quick access.”

“Rice Bubbles, or puffed rice cereal, are light, crispy grains of white rice that make a “snap, crackle, pop” sound when milk is added. They are a low-fat, gluten-free breakfast option often fortified with iron and B vitamins but low in fiber and higher in added sugar. They provide essential nutrients and are easy on the digestive system, commonly used in quick, no-bake treats.”

“Craisins are sweetened, dried cranberries that serve as a high-fiber, antioxidant-rich snack, packed with vitamins (C, E, K1) and minerals such as manganese for heart health and immune support. Despite their benefits, they are high in sugar, with 1/4 cup containing 29g, so they should be eaten in moderation. They contain A-type proanthocyanidins that help prevent bacterial adhesion in the bladder, along with antioxidants and fiber that may reduce inflammation, improve HDL cholesterol, and support cardiovascular health. Additionally, they provide essential vitamins and minerals, benefiting gut health, but those with diabetes should consume them sparingly due to their high carb content.”
