
Got leftovers 1 stalk of kale, some strawberries, blueberries and thickened cream. Decided to make a smoothie. Don’t like wasting food. Can consider it healthy booster for after too much alcohol last night. Being cheeky decided to put two eyes chocolate in and finish off chocolate sprinkles.
“Kale is a nutrient dense, leafy green cruciferous vegetable linked to cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower. There are dark green and purple which is sometimes found in supermarket. There are curly and flat leaf. Kale has a strong earthy flavour and versatility which can be eaten raw in salads or cooked and in smoothie. Packed with Vitamins A, C, and K, antioxidants, and minerals. That make them superfood.”

Ingredients
1 stalk of kale, tear the leaves and discard the stems
4 big plum strawberries, stems removed, and halved
15 blueberries
20 mint leaves
1/4 c thickened cream
2 Tbs orange juice
Garnish
2 eyes chocolate
chocolate sprinkles
Method
Bring out Nutri Bullet, place strawberries, blueberries, kale leaves, mint leaves, thickened cream and orange juice into Nutri Bullet. Blitz until pureed and mixed well. Pour into a glass. Garnish with 2 eyes chocolate and chocolate sprinkles. Enjoy!!!
