Mee goreng chicken nuggets spring rolls mushrooms and cos lettuces

My mom gave me a packet of the instant mee goreng. This is my lunch with leftover from my nephew chicken nuggets and vegetable spring rolls. I have added sliced mushrooms and cos lettuces for a cold raining day.

“Instant mie goreng is a popular Indonesian-style instant noodle dish that is known for being a quick and easy meal. It translates to “fried noodles” but is made by boiling the noodles and then mixing them with a combination of seasonings, sweet soy sauce, and chili sauce, often topped with fried shallots. “Bought chicken nuggets are processed food products, often made from chicken breast but also containing other tissues, and while they provide protein and can be a convenient source of it, they are also typically high in sodium, fat, and other additives. Benefits are mainly related to convenience and the protein content from the chicken, which can aid muscle repair. However, it is important to choose nuggets with lower sodium and fat content and consume them in moderation.”

Ingredients 

1 packet instant mee goreng
2 vegetable spring rolls
2 bought chicken nuggets
1 cos lettuce leaf, cut into bite size
sliced mushrooms
water
chili oil

Method

Put kettle on. Open the mee goreng packet, and condiments. Empty mee goreng and put sliced mushrooms along with cos lettuce into a bowl. When water is boil, pour into the prepared bowl with mee goreng, sliced mushrooms and cos lettuces. Microwave for 5-7 minutes until mee and cos lettuces are softened.

Then drained the hot water, now add the condiments and put 2 Tsp chili oil into the cooked mee goreng; toss to coat the condiments. Then place the spring roll and chicken nuggets. Microwave for 1-2 minutes. Just to warmed up spring rolls and chicken nuggets. Serve immediately with a cup of green tea.
