
Meal for one
Found salmon and salad on sale and bought a packet with two small pieces of salmon. Here’s another salmon dish made with the air fryer. I am enjoying experimenting with the air fryer, adjusting cooking times based on the thickness of the salmon and other factors.

I reheated the broccolini leftovers to go with salmon and salad. The salmon was marinated with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne powder, then drizzled with oil. It’s a healthy, colourful, and delicious dinner. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 small salmon piece
2 cherry tomatoes
leftover Mediterranean style broccolini (link at the bottom)
2 Tsp garlic powder
mixed salad
salt
black pepper
cayenne powder
oil, extra for salad
Method
Preheat your air fryer at 5 minutes to 200 degrees; I didn’t want to waste the use of 5 minutes so I reheat my leftover broccolini: air fryer Mediterranean style broccolini the link is at the bottom. Line a square shallow tray with foil that can fit into the air fryer cup.
Next, wash and pat the salmon piece dry with paper towels. Then, shake some black pepper, salt, cayenne powder, and add garlic powder into a shallow plate with oil. Mix well, using a brush, and brush all over the salmon piece. Transfer to the prepared tray, placing skin side up. Shake some more salt and black pepper on the skin.
Bring out the big cup of the air fryer, removed the Mediterranean style broccolini with food clipper to a plate. Cover with tented foil. Place the salmon on tray into the air fryer. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the skin and salmon flesh is cooked pink. Meantime, wash and dry salad, then plate up on the left side of the plate, and place each cherry tomato on top and bottom of salad. Drizzle some oil over the salad and set aside.
Bring out the cup of air fryer, remove the tray with food clipper as its very hot. Season with additional salt and pepper as needed. Then transfer the salmon to the plate with Mediterranean style broccolini and salad. Enjoy with a glass of Pinot Gris!!!!
