Air fryer cayenne salmon bought calamari spinach with chili sauce and tartare sauce

Lazy and cheat meal for one

Today the sun is up, warm, and a lovely day. I took a walk to a nearby fish and chips shop. I don’t like deep-fried food because of the oil splatters and waste, so I only buy it occasionally. I bought two ready-cooked calamari with tartare sauce to go with my leftover spinach and one more piece of salmon. I brought out my air fryer again to bake my salmon.

Google: “Eating salmon has many health benefits, such as promoting heart health. Due to its omega-3 fatty acids and potassium, salmon can reduce artery inflammation, lower cholesterol levels, maintain blood pressure, prevent excess fluid retention, and reduce the risk of heart attacks, strokes, abnormal heartbeat, high blood pressure, and high triglycerides.”

“Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for scalp and skin health, as well as for promoting bone health. These nutrients support scalp health, give hair shine, and help prevent dry scalp and dull hair. Additionally, salmon is an excellent source of vitamin D and calcium, which are crucial for maintaining healthy bones.”

Calamari is Rich in Protein-In a simple 3 ounce serving of calamari, you can find 13 grams of protein. Protein is especially helpful for building muscle and helping your body to sustain energy. If your diet lacks protein based foods, calamari could be a good one to add to the mix! Spinach is low in carbs but high in insoluble fiber. This type of fiber may benefit your digestion. Spinach is an extremely nutrient-rich vegetable. It packs high amounts of carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, iron, and calcium. Spinach include improving blood glucose control in people with diabetes, lowering the risk of cancer, and improving bone health.”

My lunch is simple, spicy, healthy, colourful and delicious. Let’s air fryer salmon and heat up calamari!!!!
