Google: “Ham is pork from a leg cut that has been preserved by wet or dry curing, with or without smoking. As a processed meat, the term “ham” includes both whole cuts of meat and ones that have been mechanically formed. Ham is made around the world, including a number of regional specialties.”
“Eggs are packed full of high-quality protein, making them ideal as part of many different dietary patterns that can assist people in managing their weight. Consuming eggs can also help reduce variations in glucose levels, which can have great lasting benefits in regulating eating patterns. In contrast, eggs contain several nutritional components which protect against chronic disease, including lutein, zeaxanthin, choline, vitamin D, selenium, and vitamin A [6]. An additional beneficial nutrient present in eggs is protein.”
“The cherry tomato is a type of small round tomato believed to be an intermediate genetic admixture between wild currant-type tomatoes and domesticated garden tomatoes. Cherry tomatoes range in size from a thumbtip up to the size of a golf ball, and can range from spherical to slightly oblong in shape. Packed with vitamin C, a cherry tomato boosts immunity and acts as an antioxidant. It is also used in beauty care for both skin and hair. The Lycopene in cherry tomato naturally protects the skin from the sun and acts as a sunblock. Those who have oily skin can apply it to the face to prevent acne and pimples. Cherry tomatoes are an incredible source of vitamins A, C, and E as well as B vitamin folate.”
“Fresh rocket leaves contain healthy levels of vitamin-C. Vitamin C is a powerful, natural anti-oxidant. Foods rich in this vitamin help the human body protect from scurvy disease, develop resistance against infectious agents (boosts immunity), and scavenge harmful, pro-inflammatory free radicals from the body.”
