Halloween ghost egg and bread

Weekend lunch I tend to be creative and decide to name my recipe Halloween ghost. Its fun and brighten my day. Don’t be afraid of creating and let your imagination run wild. Cooking is fun with interesting ideas, colourful and delicious comforting to eat. Just using all the leftovers bit and pieces. As I don’t like wasting food. Then I can get new fresh food again.

This is also time attention with kids. Let them create something and share the joy of their creative. Kids needed to be active in the kitchen as well in their studies and sports. I am glad to share this creative fun loving food, it’s cute as well as delicious. Let’s be creative and experiment your food combination.

Ingredients

3 eggs
4 medley cherries tomatoes
4 blueberries
4 sliced black olives
1 piece of bread
1 green olive
sliced mushrooms
basil leaves
mint leaves, finely sliced and tear
shredded green coconut
milk
oil
salt
pepper
butter
chili sauce

Method

Heat oil in a pan, beat eggs with some milk. When oil is hot, pour in the egg mixture, cook for about 1 minute then scatter sliced mushrooms and mints over the egg mixture and cook a further 2-3 minutes till egg mixture set.

Flip half over to cover, cook for 1-2 minutes. Then flip the other side and cook for 2 minutes. Meantime, spread bread with butter. And place on plate. Decorate with 2 sliced black olives 2 blueberries as Halloween ghost eyes, green olive as the nose, shredded green coconut and followed by chili sauce.

Line 2 each colour on both sides of the bread. Transfer the cooked egg onto plate. Garnish with 2 sliced black olives and 2 blueberries on top. Squirts 3 lines of chili sauce on each side. Place the small basil leaves in the middle followed by mints at the bottom. Serve immediately with a glass of orange juice. Enjoy!!!!
