Egg two ways with salad

Do you at time felt hungry in the middle of the night? I did, Went to my kitchen and took two eggs out. I thought let make it a quick way by using microwave to cook the egg. The other egg I decided to cook on pan using my food stacker.

As I wanted my bowl of midnight snack to look colourful. I have added some rocket. I am having a healthy midnight snack. Glad to have eggs ready in my kitchen. It’s healthy and delightful comforting for snack and delicious creative too. Let’s cook!!!!


2 large eggs
some rocket/arugula salads
black pepper
chili flakes


Heat a small pan with oil. Then crack the egg inside a food stacker. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook until cooked through about 4-6 minutes or to your liking.

Meantime, crack the second egg onto a bowl, make a couple of slits on the yolk to prevent it from exploding while cooking in microwave. Cook 30 seconds each time until egg is cooked to your liking, about 2-4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Scatter some rocket salads over it.

Once the pan egg is cooked, spoon it into the ready microwave egg and rocket salad. Serve immediately. Enjoy the healthy creative snack.
