Fig plum watermelon smoothie with fig puree

With abundant of figs in my garden. I have decided to make figs smoothie, then my plum and water melon had been in the fridge for 5 days if I don’t use it will be bad soft and bruise. I love smoothie of all fruits flavour. It really help me from constantly eating junk. Some days, I just have smoothie for dinner. It’s fast and easy no hassle of cleaning the stove and kitchen utensils. Healthy smoothie is good than junk food. Let’s get smoothie done!!!!


10-12 plum figs, cut into bite size
8-10 pieces watermelon
4 plums, remove seeds and cut into bite size
120 ml thickened cream
1/4 c water


Fig puree


Put figs, and water into blender. Blend till smooth and spoon out about 5 Tbs puree and set aside. Leaving remaining fig pureed in blender add watermelon, plum, and thickened cream. Blend again until smooth and all combined. Pour into tall glasses and chill for 25-40 minutes. Just before serving spoon some fig puree into each smoothie glass. Enjoy!!!!
