Apple fig kiwi yogishake with kiwi and chocolate sprinkles

Here’s another craving and creative drink that my mind wouldn’t stop wondering. I suppose having fruits drink is healthy and even healthier with yoghurt. With two plum figs left on my tree, apple from my sister, kiwi from my father.

With yoghurt that is going to expire why not add them all together to make a drink that will fill me up rather than wasting them. Came out with chocolate sprinkles as garnish too.

You can have this drink at any time, no hassle and it’s quick easy can be chill or drink straight away. Rather than drink a beer which is not healthy and get pot belly. Glad I make use of all my fruits and yoghurt. Let’s make it for healthy life.

Ingredients

6 Tbs yoghurt
2 figs, cut to bite size
1 small Granny Smith apple, cut into pieces
1/2 kiwi flesh, skin removed
1/8 c water
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of cinnamon
Glucose syrup, plus 4 Tbs of hot boiling water

Garnish

1/2 kiwi, remove from skin
chocolate sprinkles

Method

Blend all the ingredients together and pour into jar. Chill in jar for 2-4 hours. Just before serving put kettle on. Pour the hot water into a squirt of glucose and mix well.

Add glucose mixture into blended fruits and yoghurt, mix well. Then pour into a glass chill for 45 minutes more. Garnish with the remaining half kiwi and sprinkle chocolate over. Enjoy!!!
