Pane di casa salads salami black olives and pepitas

Bought hot salami, salads, and pane di casa on sale. My creative simple lunch for today. No hassle in the kitchen as well not a lot of utensils to wash up.

Ingredients

3 slices pane di casa
6 hot salami
9 black olives, slices
salad
pepitas
butter or proactiv spread

Method

Wash and dry salads. Spread proactiv spread on the pane di casa. Pace salads on top of the buttered [pane di casa. Then two slices on each pane di casa. Lastly, 3 slices black olives on each pane di casa.

Plate them by lining them in a row in the middle. Garnish some pepitas on the second pane di casa; opposite each other. Serve immediately with a cup of skim milk latte. Enjoy!!!
