Celebrate Valentine’s Day with Spanish cuisine
To me, Valentine’s Day is a gift from the heart generously, not diamonds, nor flowers. Here’s a dinner you can create for your loved one who like to eat Spanish cuisine using bought roasted beef instead of the mentioned below ingredients. I am using cast iron pot not paella pan.
Something that your loved one really love to eat and most of the ingredients are at hand reached. This is one of my favourite meals using leftovers or bought readymade. It’s simple, quick, and easy under 30 minutes. There’s no hassle to get a flavourful hearty meal for your loved one or anyone.
Google: “Paella is a rice dish originally from Valencia. While non-Spaniards commonly view it as Spain’s national dish, Spaniards almost unanimously consider it to be a dish from the Valencian region. Valencians, in turn, regard paella as one of their identifying symbols. It is one of the best-known dishes in Spanish cuisine.”
“Valencian rice, as it was coined, consists of three medium short-grain, “rice pearl” varieties: Bahia, Bomba, and Senia — the second is the most common pick for paella. It uniquely doubles or triples volume without opening or sticking during cooking, thus absorbing intense flavour (and deliciousness). To prepare paella, pieces of meats such as chicken, pork, or rabbit and seafood such as clams, shrimps, mussels, crayfish, and squid are sauteed in olive oil with onions, garlic, and herbs and removed from the pan. Rice, tomatoes, saffron, and stock are simmered together, the meats and seafood mixed in, and the dish is garnished with peas, pimientos, and other vegetables. Traditional paellas are made out of doors over a wood fire.”
You can still cook in your kitchen, even if you don’t have a paella pan. What most important is you are pouring all your love to cook for your partner. My meal had boosted extra flavour, and is comforting, hearty, lovely delicious meal. Be creative, romantic in cooking and cook with Love!!!!
