Here’s a pasta dish you can cook in 30 minutes. Something that is delicious with meat and vegetables. I know many people have no time to spend too long in kitchen. So, how did I did I do it a dish that only takes 30 minutes. You must be multi-staking and plan your menu which required less time.
Well, I had thawed beef ravioli from the freezer before I go to bed on my bench top. Usually bought pasta meal can be done under 30 minutes use: using canned tuna or salmon and with salad or vegetables that can be eaten raw. The first thing is put the kettle on for cooking the pasta. Meantime, cut up the vegetables. Once, water boil, pour into pot and add pasta to cook.
Food from freezer can save you time and money. You don’t need a big freezer. It required proper method to store freeze food. Separate the big bulk food into 2 zipped bags portions, 2 cling wraps and label name with date made and expiring date. Try and flatten in one layer if you can. Fruits and vegetables that are going to be expired, I usually cook them, cool completely, then place in fridge to really cool off completely in a flat layer before putting them in freezer.

2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c brown mushroom, thinly cut
1/4 zucchini, cut into cubes
100 g of semi dried tomatoes with oil (bought a tub)
250 g beef ravioli packet (bought)
hot boiling water to cook ravioli
15 g butter, out from fridge to melt
Bring kettle to boil. Cook ravioli in hot boiling water from kettle for about 10 -12 minutes, don’t over crowd them. Meantime, cut the vegetables and heat oil in frying pan on low heat. Then add garlic fry till fragrant for 1 minute. Next add zucchini, fry for about 6 minutes until tender. Now, add in mushrooms and fry further 2 minutes until softened. To caramelized, add butter for 1 minutes.
Once, pasta is cooked, drained the water and set aside keep warm on plate with foil. Season with salt and pepper for the vegetables. Scoop cooked mushroom and zucchini onto ravioli and mix well. Then spoon some semi dried tomatoes on, drizzle some oil and serve immediately with a glass of white wine. Enjoy!!!!
