Baked barramundi with cream

Use barramundi and filo pastry instead of potatoes. Made by Helen.

I watched TV cooking program of goodchefbadchef a few months ago, they were baking salted cod with cream. As cod here are so expensive and I couldn’t find the salted cod. I have change it using barramundi as it’s cheaper and frozen.

I as usual change the ingredients to suit me and my budget. I am also trying out to see for myself what will my creation turned out. Like to explore with different ingredients and proof myself I can make a dish just like any chef.

I am glad to say it’s delicious, beautiful, comforting and worth my experimenting with different ingredients. Be courage to try out with your own creation. Let’s bake!!!
