Got abundant figs in my garden, leftover sour cream and though about adding Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Liqueur. Bought blueberries and blackberries though not on sale. Experimenting the combination of the ingredients. It might look weird but taste delicious.
“Green figs are nutritious fruits, rich in fiber, potassium, and vitamins A and C, which support digestion and immunity. They provide calcium and iron, help regulate the digestive tract, and contribute to heart health by balancing fluids and reducing blood pressure.”
“Yes, rhubarb & ginger gin liqueur can be added to sour cream to create a flavourful, boozy topping or dip. It pairs well with desserts like cheesecake, waffles, or fresh fruit. The liqueur’s sweetness and spice complement the tartness of the sour cream, acting as a gourmet addition to cream-based toppings.”
“Blueberries are nutrient-rich superfoods high in antioxidants, especially anthocyanins, vitamins C and K, and fiber. Their regular consumption promotes heart health, cognitive function, and blood sugar regulation, while reducing inflammation and potentially lowering cancer and cardiovascular disease risks. They assist in lowering blood pressure and improving lipid levels, enhances cognitive performance, and supports healthy gut function. Additionally, they provide essential nutrients for strong bones and may help minimize muscle damage after intense physical activity.”
Glad my experimenting of combined above mention ingredients seems to be delicious: “Ginger-berry” taste. Let’s be creative!!!
