
Bought asparagus and zucchini today. Added the last 3 pitted green olives. Here’s another green vegetable creation to stay healthy. This is trial and error experiment. I just make for a small glass to taste first.

It’s a simple, quick, healthy drink that you can easily made them. All you need is a blender. Better still if you have ice cubes. Well, I don’t so I have to chill my drink in the freezer for about 10 minutes before I can drink. My drink is chill, delicious and let’s make it.
Ingredients
2 stalks asparagus
3 pitted green olives
1/4 piece zucchini
water
Method
Cut the stems of asparagus and the end of knob of zucchini. Then cut them into bite size. Now add into Nutri Bullet with pitted olive and enough water. Blend till it’s well blended not puree but a bit liquid. Pour into glass chill in freezer for 10 minutes. Before drinking give a stir. Enjoy!!!
Note: if you have ice cube add in. You can add any vegetables of your choice. You can make more just double the amount.
