Strawberry papaya orange juice smoothie

Today, I am daring to try liquid smoothie. Are you daring like me? I am adventurous to dare to taste and see for myself. Well, I can write up this post that means my adventurous and daring to taste and see if it works. No stomach upset.

“A smoothie is a thick, blended beverage made by pureeing whole fruits, vegetables, and a liquid base (such as milk, yogurt, or juice) in a blender. Unlike juice, smoothies retain the pulp and fiber of the ingredients. They are commonly used as nutrient-dense meals, snacks, or, if frozen, as a creamy, chilled drink.”

“Yes, a smoothie is a blended, drinkable liquid, though it is typically thick and creamy rather than watery. It requires a liquid base—such as water, milk, or juice—to blend properly. While they are generally consumed as a thick beverage, they can be made thinner with more liquid, making them an excellent, fiber-rich liquid meal.”

“A liquid, such as almond milk, water, soy milk, or juice, is necessary for a smooth, drinkable texture. Using more liquid makes the smoothie thinner. Water or coconut water provide a lighter. Unlike juice, smoothies retain the pulp and fiber from the fruits and vegetables.”

Here’s my creative, healthy liquid smoothie. Instead of water or coconut water; I use pulp orange juice (bought), and skim milk. Let’s bring out Nutri Bullet to make liquid smoothie!!!

Ingredients

10 chunky cubes of papaya
6 strawberries, stems removed
1/4 c pulp orange juice
5 Tbs skim milk

Method

In the Nutri Bullet cup, place papaya, strawberries, orange juice, and milk. Cover the cup with it lid. Blitz until liquid. Then open the lid, pour into glasses if use small. I use my tall glass and there are some left in Nutri Bullet cup. I taste and see if I like it and no stomach upset. So, I chill my tall glass in fridge for 1-2 hours. Before drinking, bring it out to benchtop for 5 minutes, then gives a couple of stirs. Enjoy!!!
