“Tau foo pok are also called tau pok. It’s a popular ingredients in Asian cuisine, in Malaysia and Singapore. It’s a type of firm tofu that has been deep-fried until it becomes airy, light and hallow inside with a golden-brown, slightly crispy exterior. It’s spongy, porous texture that makes it excellent at absorbing sauces and soups. Tofu foo pok has a rich source of plant-based protein for muscle growth and maintenance. Versatile protein for vegetarian diets. It’s good source of iron and calcium contributing to blood health and strong bones. Thus, it is a low-carb food, if you are watching your carbohydrate intake. Do you know it can help with weight control as part of a balance diet.”

“Leeks (mild, onion-like members of the allium family) and zucchini (mild-flavoured, soft-fleshed summer squash) are a popular, nutritious, and versatile culinary pairing. They are frequently combined in soups, gratins, pasta dishes, and frittatas, offering a delicate, savory flavour profile. Leeks provide a sweet, mild onion flavour, while zucchini offers a soft, slightly sweet, and mild taste.”
