Shin ram yun noodles pork balls and mushrooms soup

My favourite noodles shin ram yun for lunch today. Adding pork balls and sliced mushroom that I bought yesterday and garnish with home grown spring onions. Simple lunch can be satisfying when you are having your favourite ingredients.

All I have to do is put the kettle on and open the shin ram yun and empty them into my favourite bowl along with the condiments that comes with it. Then add in 3 pork balls and some sliced mushrooms along with washed and cut up spring onions.

My lazy, quick lunch is colourful, spicy and delicious. Let’s cook!!!

Ingredients

1 packet shin ram yun noodles
3 pork balls, thawed, and cut to bite size
some sliced mushrooms
1 stalk spring onion, washed and cut thinly
water, boil

Method

Bring out pork balls from freezer in the morning to bench top to thaw. When time to eat, pur kettle on. Open the shin ram yun noodles and condiments. Empty them into bowl. Add in pork balls, and sliced mushrooms.

Microwave the noodles in the bowl for 5-6 minutes. Then open the microwave door, remove the bowl a bit, add the cut spring onions to the noodles bowl. Close the microwave door and continue to cook for a further 1 minute. Stir to mix well.

Removed from microwave and serve with a cup of tea. Enjoy!!!
