New Year creative breakfast for one
Using my leftovers turkey, ham and blueberries from Christmas festive. Got rocket, bread, chili sauce and mayonnaise. For my New Year Day breakfast, I am having something old, and new food.
My new year resolution is to be more at peace, loving and compassionately and staying healthy at the same time creating more new ideas and looks like a professional cook. Looking forward to growing older with hope that my food creation will help people on how to not waste food.
This is very simple to make, all that is needed are the food in your pantry, fridge or freezer or if you have veggies patch or fruits trees. Using all the abundance that God had given us. My breakfast is beautiful, comforting, healthy and delicious. Let’s get creative New Year breakfast on the table!!!
Ingredients
1 slice of bread, buttered
1 slice of leftover turkey
1 slice of leftover ham
6 blueberries
rocket (arugula)
mayonnaise
chili sauce (OPT)
Method
Put turkey and ham on a plate, warm up in microwave and cover with cling wrap. Once done, bring out from microwave and set aside. Spread butter on bread. Then place turkey and ham on top of buttered bread. Followed by rocket. Squirt mayonnaise and the squirt chili sauce that is a must for me. Garnish with blueberries. Enjoy!!!
Note: you can use just ham, or turkey. You can have cheese slices, you can have egg, salad or roasted vegetables. You can omit butter use pesto, omit mayonnaise and chilli, use any jam you have in your pantry.
