Goat cheese & black truffle dip crackers mortadella pepperoni flower fruits and stuffed olives

New Year celebration alone or with a friend

Bought this goat cheese & black truffle dip, marinated chili stuffed olives on sale. My niece and her hubby visited and brought a big box of cherries. I found in my freezer a packet each of mortadella and pepperoni, and some parsley in the fridge that won’t last for another 3 days. I saw how to make a flower with these slices of meat. Glad the flower turned out perfect.

My thankful New Year resolution is grateful to have a roof over my head, food, drink, clothing, family, and friends, and also God’s Glory Gift: cooking & baking; posting my creations: food and drink. My New Year resolution: I need to transform my attitude: trusting God, letting God lead me, drawing me closer to Him, growing in His design. Marvel at the beauty of a Divine Love Life intertwined with God’s Presence, enjoying the Glory Gift adventure and the adventure of finding myself through losing myself in God. Praising, rejoicing, and giving thanks to God for another chapter/life renewed abundance blessings and miracles!!! God sent a friend that I had not seen for umpteen years; we had this quick platter together with a bottle of wine, some other fruits, and a pizza.

Whatever is your resolution; remember God loves us, He created everyone for His purposes. Enjoy your life whether alone, single, married, or divorced. Life is short, grab the opportunities that God has given. My food/drink creation comes from God. Happy New Year, everyone!!! Blessings and richest blessings always.

Ingredients

1 bowl Goat cheese & black truffle dip, bought
1 packet mortadella
1 packet pepperoni
wafer crackers, bought
marinated chili stuffed olives, bought
cherries, given to me
blueberries
parsley, garnish

Method

Use a wine glass, open both the packets mortadella and pepperoni. Fold pepperoni in half on the glass, repeat until it covers the rim and followed by mortadella about 6-8. Do the same, fold in half over the pepperoni.

Wash and dry cherries and blueberries and set aside. Open the tub of marinated chili stuffed olives and put 5 on a small serving plate. Open the wafer crackers. Bring out the cheese platter and knife. Wipe clean as only used them once a year.

To assemble: open the packaging of Goat cheese & black truffle dip, place on the wood cheese platter, followed by cherries on top, knife beside dip, then crackers in a row in the centre. Next the blueberries at the right bottom on platter. Place the serving plate with stuffed olives next to platter.

The new creation and experimenting making meat flower; press all around the meat flower first to hold it shape. Then gently flip the glass on to the top right on the platter, and lift glass slowly. Garnish with a tiny parsley. Enjoy!!!!
