Bought sliced garlic bread and cos lettuce on sale 2 days ago. Yesterday I went with my friends to the Sunday Market and bought blueberries, strawberries from at great bargain price. One of my friends bought these strange looking biscuits and gave three.
There is a Nando restaurant nearby, we had lunch there. It had been ages all of us had not been to the Sunday Market. Afterall, it was a great day out, each of us got something from the Sunday Market: two of my friends got pots of flowers, fruits and vegetables. The other two got vegetables, jams and bread. Another friend bought craft things to decorate her house, jam and home brewed wine, bar soap and a tea towel.
We shared 3 whole hot sauce Per Peri chicken: cut into pieces, Peri Peri chips, spicy rice, and two different salads. We tried the brewed wine. It tastes like mulled wine. It was good. Then we went to a nearby town browsing the goods: bought some cookies and had cake with coffee. After finished browsing and afternoon tea, we came back home. I am still too full to have dinner. Just heat the garlic bread in the oven and had it with cos lettuces, fruits and the twisted biscuits. Let’s have creative healthy dinner!!!
Ingredients
10 blueberries, wash
3 slices garlic bread
3 strawberries, wash
2 cos lettuce leaves, wash and dry
2 Twisted biscuits
Method
Preheat oven to 220 degrees C. Once oven is heated, place 3 slices garlic bread into a foil baking pan and put into the oven for 3-5 minutes until butter melted and garlic bread is crispy. The plate up in a black long plate, place a strawberry on top of the twisted biscuit on the second sliced garlic bread, followed by the other two opposite corner on top of garlic bread.
Place one twisted biscuit on top of the second garlic bread and the other two opposite side too on top corner of plate. Place each cos lettuce opposite the second slid garlic bread. Line 5 blueberries on top of each cos lettuce. Serve immediately with a big cup of milo. Enjoy!!!
