Berries chocolate ice cream float

Felt like having a float drink. I have changed the ingredients of the original float drink: instead of root beer or cola, I use thickened cream with fizzy raspberry drink, strawberries, and blueberries. Of course, 2-4 scoops of chocolate ice cream.

Google: “A “float” drink, more formally known as an ice cream float, is a dessert beverage made by adding a scoop or more of ice cream to a carbonated soft drink, such as root beer or cola. The carbonation from the soda interacts with the ice cream, creating a frothy, foamy top layer and a creamy mixture that is both sweet and refreshing.”

I am glad my trial-and-error creation float drink turned out perfectly refreshing, healthy, and delicious. Let’s get the Nutri Bullet out for float!!!

Ingredients

8 strawberries, divided
20 blueberries, divided
4scoops of chocolate ice cream, divided
1/2 c thickened cream, divided
1/4 c water, divided
1/2 c fizzy raspberry drink, divided

Method

Removed stems from strawberries, washed and cut them in half. Washed blueberries and set aside. In a Nutri Bullet, add half of the halved strawberries and half of the blueberries, followed by half of the thickened cream and half of the water. Blitz well until all are combined.

Pour out into the glass and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Repeat the process with the second batch of strawberries, blueberries, thickened cream, and water. Blitz well until all are combined. Pour into the second glass and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

When about to serve, add frizzy raspberries into both the glasses; give a couple of stirs. Now add in 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream. Enjoy!!!
