Coffee lovers something to wow your guests and boost yours and their taste bud into an interesting flavour for Christmas or any day
I saw a food blogger posted her coffee butter in Instagram. I find it interesting as well as curious to know the taste. Well, I have always been keen to tryout food that caught my eyes, looks inviting and being adventurous in exploring food. I decided to try and make it.
As usual, I love to recreate it to suit my taste bud. In her recipe, she had used a strong brewing coffee: using hot water to brew her coffee and using coffee strainer, condensed milk and add a piece of butter. I don’t have a strong brewing coffee, a strainer, I don’t take condensed milk, and I use proactiv margarine spread instead of a piece of butter.
Well, it’s her idea, I borrowed, something new to try with my own recreation, something old: my mug, and something yellow like a sun, however its not shining in the sky, but in my beautiful colourful mug with a lid that I had use it as a plate mat for my mug. Hmm!!! My butter coffee taste buttery coffee hint, it’s not creamy fat as I use low fat milk, satisfying and yummy moist soothing feeling for cold day perhaps better than hot coco. I am glad that I tried using my own ingredients. With Christmas is just around the corner, instead of hot coco with mush mellow. Try this butter coffee for a change. Let be courageous and try for yourself!!!!

3/4 c boiling hot water
