Oat berries breadcrumb bites blue shredded coconut and strawberry cream

Found a packet of uncle Toby’s oat berries flavour, got some leftover breadcrumb bite, blueberries, raspberries, blue shredded coconut and strawberry cream. Decided to finished them all so I have combined thm to make a healthy breakfast.

This is a simple healthy breakfast that is colourful and creative that is great if you have children; they can create their own breakfast especially during the school’s break- holidays. It’s comforting and delicious. Let’s create!!

Ingredients

1 packet Uncle Toby’s berries variety (instant)
1/2 c milk
breadcrumb bites (bought)
blueberries
raspberries
food colouring (blue)
shredded coconut
strawberry whipping cream (bought)

Method

In a small bowl add 1 Tbs shredded coconut and a drop of the blue food colouring. Stirs to mixed well. Set aside.

Open and empty the oat packet into the bowl. Pour 1/2 c milk in. Microwave for 30 seconds, give a stir, then microwave again further 30 seconds. Give a couple of stirs. Place back into microwave for further 30 seconds.

Bring out carefully as it’s hot. Scatter blueberries, raspberries, breadcrumbs and blue shredded coconut. Then shakes the can of whipped strawberry cream. Squirt some over the oat and other condiments on both sides. Enjoy!!!
