Happy Valentine’s Day
It too hot to bake a cake. With the temperature keeps rising to nearly 39 degrees C. So, I decided to make strawberry jelly in my chocolate heart shape moulds, made 15. As well as to finished off my last packet.
After I had finished making it, about 3 hours later, the is a tornado in a few suburbs away from me. There’s no electricity for nearly 4 hours. I am disappointed that my jelly kind of not looking like I wanted it to be.
Well at least I can still take a pic and post it for anyone who wanted to try out or perhaps get an idea of something romantic for your loved one. This is great for kids to make for their parents too. It’s great for cooling down on hot days too.
This jelly is quick and simple to make, all you needed is aeroplane flavoured jelly: strawberry for Valentine’s Day, hot water, cold water and heart shape moulds or even any moulds you have. When it’s set plate up and gives it to your loved one. This is much healthy than giving chocolate. Or perhaps for a change. It’s cute, lovely and yummy. Let’s make it with your heart pour out for your loved one. Enjoy Valentine’s Day!!!
Ingredients
1 packet aeroplane jelly, strawberry flavour
250 ml hot boiling water
200 ml cold water (tap water)
Method
Put kettle on. Place strawberry jelly powder in a metal bowl. When water is boil, pour it into the powder, stir until powder dissolved. Next add in water and stir again. Make sure jelly powder is completely dissolved.
Let it stand for about 5 minutes. Then pour it into a jug for easy to fill the heart shape moulds. Or if your hand is steady, you can use a tsp and keep spooning the jelly into each mould. Then place in fridge for 4-6 hours to set. Or overnight is better. Once it set, unmould them onto a plate. Bring it to your loved one. Enjoy!!!
