As I have some Angelina plums that I had freeze it a few days ago. Here’s another creation using in fruit my garden save money, bought strawberry and blueberry on sale and I am daring to try adding my mother’s favourite drink raspberry flavoured fizzy drink. My aunt was staying with me, so I made one as well for her to try it. She loves it.
Google: “Angelina Burdett plum have a sweet and tart flavour. When cooked, they become sweeter and more tender. Some of the best recipes for Angelina Burdett plums include roasting them with honey and thyme, adding them to salads, or making a tart or crumble.” Today, I am adding it to make juice.
“One medium-sized fresh plum contains 113 mg of potassium, a mineral that helps manage high blood pressure and reduce stroke risk. If that isn’t heartwarming enough, the reddish-blue pigment in some plums, called anthocyanins, may protect against cancer by mopping up harmful free radicals.”
Google: “Antioxidants in strawberries, including vitamin C, can support your immune system and may lower your chances of getting sick when you’re around germs. They may also help curb inflammation, manage your blood sugar, and guard against health conditions like high cholesterol, cancer, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Blueberries are rich in vitamin K, which helps promote heart health. The vitamin is also important in bone health and blood clotting. Blueberries are one of the best natural sources of antioxidants. They’re thought to have the highest levels of antioxidants of any common fruit or vegetable.”
I am glad to tryout using raspberry flavoured bubbly water for a change with healthy fruits. Guess, my experiment did turn out well. My fruit juice is healthy and soothing juice to go with any meal and in summer heat. Let’s whipped up the healthy juice!!!

6-8 strawberries, divide

Then add in orange juice. Blitz them well. Pour half the fruits pureed into a tall glass and fill some raspberry flavoured fizzy drink. Stir to mix well. Then pour the remaining fruits pureed.
Repeat the process of blitzing with the remaining half plums, strawberries, blueberries and orange juice. Blitz them well. Pour half the fruit pureed into a second tall glass and fill some raspberry flavoured fizzy drink. Stir to mix well.
Chill both the glasses in fridge for about 1 hour. Just before serving, stir both glasses again. Then pour some more raspberry flavoured fizzy drink. Serve it with any meal and it’s really cooling to have this drink in summer heat. Enjoy!!!!
