
Happy New Year healthy meal
Got all the above ingredients bits and pieces. Why not combined them all together to make a beautiful meal that I can enjoy and watch Netflix. I am also using the plate my cousin gave me. I didn’t soak the skewer as I am not putting it on a BBQ.

I am glad to finished off all the ingredients. This meal is colourful, simple, creative, healthy, and delicious meal. Let’s create healthy meal!!!!
Ingredients
6 hot salami
6 strawberries
6 blueberries, for skewing
6 bamboo skewers
3 bocconcini
3 red cherry tomatoes
3 yellow cherry tomatoes
3 green cherry tomatoes,
3 whole red and orange cherry tomatoes
salad
blueberries
cherries
Method
Wipe clean the green square design plate. Wash all the ingredients and dry them. Then place salad at the left top corner. Next place 3 whole red and 3 whole orange cherry tomatoes on the salad. Followed by blueberries.
Bottom right corner of plate put the cherries. Cut bocconcini into bite size and set aside on plate. Wash knife, then cut red, yellow and green cherry tomatoes into half. Set aside next to bocconcini. Place 6 blueberries next to cherry tomatoes. Then cut strawberries stem off and set next to cherry tomatoes.
Wash hands, bring out hot salami from fridge and let it sit for a minute. Take one skewer leaving some space at the bottom for holding the skewer. Start with the red cherry tomato, then bocconcini. Followed by the yellow and green cherry tomatoes. Next prick through the blueberry and followed by another piece of bocconcini. Repeat skewing exactly the same order with the first skewer.
Fold each hot salami into triangles and skewed it on to each skewer. Finished off each skewer with strawberry. Plate 6 skewers opposite each other. Enjoy with a cold glass of Pinot Noir.
