
Found salmon and salad on sale, bought a packet with two small pieces of salmon. Here’s another dish made with air fryer. I am enjoying my air fryer. It’s a trial and error method time and depending on what you are cooking which is the thickness of your salmon in this case.

I like my skin to be crispy; I have cooked it extra 2 minutes longer. My marinade is simple, using salt, black pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and brushing with butter. My dinner healthy, colourful and delicious. Let’s make the air fryer to good: baked salmon to go with salad. Enjoy!!!
Ingredients
2 small pieces of salmon
4 small julienne flat carrots, divided
4 cherry tomatoes, divided
2 Tsp garlic powder
20-25 g butter
spinach
pepitas (OPT)
Italian seasoning
salt
black pepper
chili flakes (OPT)
oil, for salad
Method
Preheat your air fryer at 5 minutes to 200 degrees; I didn’t want to waste the use of 5 minutes so I reheat my leftover spring rolls as extra side on a plate of its own (OPT). Melt butter in microwave, set to cool. Line a square shallow tray with foil that can fit into the air fryer.
Next wash and pat salmon pieces dry with paper towels. Then shakes some black pepper, salt, chili flakes, Italian seasoning and add garlic powder into the cool melted butter. Mix well, using brush, brush all over the two salmon pieces. Transfer to the prepared tray, place skin sides up. Shakes some more salt on the skins.
Bring out the big cup of the air fryer, removed the hot spring rolls with clipper to a plate. Place the salmon on tray into the air fryer. Cook for 10-12 minutes for crispy skins and until salmon is done. Meantime, wash and dry salad, then plate up on the left side of two plates, scatter pepitas and place each cherry tomato on top and bottom of salad. Drizzle some oil over the salad and set aside.
Bring out the big cup of air fryer, remove the tray with strong grips clipper as its very hot. Season with additional salt and pepper as needed. I have added more Italian dressing and chili flakes to mine. Then transfer each salmon to the plates with salad. Enjoy with a glass of Pinot Gris!!!!
