Everything I like to eat is expensive. The carrot and tomatoes and pumpkin too. Luckily, I have some minced pork and bought broccoli. Just my simple dinner of meat and green. Not adding eggs today either.

Although it looks dull, my simple broccoli minced pork is healthy delicious with a bowl of rice. Let’s cook!!!
Ingredients
250 g minced pork
1 big broccoli, florets
1 Tbs dark soy sauce
1 Tsp oyster sauce
1 Tsp light soy sauce
1 Tbs minced garlic
1 Tbs mirin or apple juice
oil
pepper
salt
Method
Heat 2 Tbs oil in a sauce pan on medium heat. Add garlic toss around until fragrant about 30 seconds. Then add the minced pork, season with salt and pepper, cook until browned. Transfer to a plate line with paper towel and set aside.
Add another 2 Tbs oil, turn heat up medium high, add broccoli stems, stir, cook until tender. Next add broccoli florets. Stir, cook until the tender. Removed to a plate. Add soy sauce, mirin, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and stir to combine. Add back minced and toss to mixed well with the sauce for 2-4 minutes.
Spoon some minced pork onto a serving bowl followed by broccoli and then the remaining minced pork on top. Serve with a bowl of rice. Enjoy with a glass of white wine!!!
Note: Apple juice is a great substitute if you want it alcohol-free. You can add egg about 3 eggs, crack the eggs and lightly beaten then pour into the broccoli minced pork and let the egg cook by toss around.
