Felt like having homemade beef burger, bought already season burger beef and burger buns. Then I have some cos lettuce and cucumber. Just a few simple ingredients to have for my lunch.
Google: “Beef burger is a sandwich consisting of a fried cake of minced beef served on a bun, often with other ingredients. The mixture is mostly finely chopped but it may contain pieces of semi-ground meat. Stuffed in edible (usually natural) casings and segmented mostly by twisting. – Burger meat: with a minimum vegetable and/or cereal content of 4% mixed within the meat.”
“The patty itself contains unsaturated fats which can lower bad cholesterol levels while raising good ones. Burgers also contain a variety of essential nutrients including fiber, which can help promote healthy digestion. However, there’s more to consider when it comes to eating burgers in moderation.”
You can add any vegetables, cheese, mayonnaise to your burger. I prefer just some cos lettuce cucumber and a must have chili. My simple lunch is delicious and comforting. Let’s cook!!!
