Red colouring panna cotta with strawberries oreo eye balls and salted caramel bites

I felt like having panna cotta, so I used red food colouring jelly. I didn’t have blueberries, but I found leftover strawberries and oreo biscuits. At the last minute, I added some eyeballs and salted caramel bites for creativity.

Google: “Panna cotta is an Italian dessert made from sweetened cream thickened with gelatine. It can be flavoured with coffee, vanilla, or other ingredients. This dessert has a smooth, creamy texture and a sweet taste, often with a hint of vanilla and a slight toastiness from golden sugar. Gelatine is essential for the recipe, as it helps the panna cotta to set.”

Here’s a fun red dessert made with red food colouring, gelatine powder, and gelatine sheets. It’s creamy, refreshing, beautiful, and tasty. Let’s make dessert exciting!

Ingredients

1 tiny dot red food colouring
300 g sour cream
300 g double cream
3 sheets gelatine
1 Tsp vanilla essence
1-3 Tsp gelatine powder
90 g granulated sugar
water for gelatine sheets

Garnish

strawberries
eye balls
oreo biscuits
salted caramel bites

Method

Soak sheets gelatine in cold water about 5 minutes. Place the two creams, and sugar in a saucepan on low heat; stir well until sugar dissolved. Then add gelatine sheets, (squeezed the lump gelatine then add in); stir well. Now add powder gelatine, vanilla essence and a dot of red food colouring; stir to mix well. When panna cotta has cool down, pour into glass bowls.

Place in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight until set. The following day, garnish with strawberries, eye balls, oreo biscuits and salted caramel bite or eat it on its own. Enjoy!!!!
