
Meal for one
I found that I have leftover cooked rump slices in freeze and rocket leaves that I bought a few days ago. Didn’t feel like eating a heavy meal today and as it were a cold day, I decided to have a fusion meal. Well rump slices and rocket leaves with Shin ram yun noodles soup.

I have attached the rump slices with salad recipe below. Make the rump slices first before making the noodle. I had done it earlier, and I am glad that I added it to my noodles soup. This is my lazy, simple, no waste food, spicy to keep me warm and delicious. Let’s cook and sit by the fire place to warm up!!!
Ingredients
Leftovers rump slices, cut into bite size
1 packet Shin ram yun noodles soup
rocket leaves
water
Method
Bring a pot of water just enough to make soup on medium heat. Open the packet of noodles and when the water is boiled, add the noodles and its condiments that comes with it. Cook stirring to mix well the condiments, leave it to cook until noodles are softened about 4 minutes.
Now add in rump slices and rocket in, just to reheat the rump slices and blanch the rocket leaves for about 3 minutes. Take a piece of rump and feel if it’s heated through. When it is heated through and rocket leaves had wiltered.
Spoon the noodles, rump slices and rocket into a bowl. Then ladle the soup over. Enjoy with a glass of white wine.
Note: you can add any vegetables and meat of your choices. Be sure to cook your vegetables and meat first before adding to the noodles soup.
