
My favourite noodles again for a quick lazy lunch. Got leftover carrot and green beans best use it before it start to have black spots on them. Got a small box of porcini about 15 g. Throw them into together with my shin ram yun noodles.
Went to get pressies for my family and came back home too tired and hungry. This is my simple and quick way of cooking: cut up 1 carrot, the porcini, and 3 green beans and place hot water in the bowl. Microwave it for 3-5 minutes. Then followed by noodles.
Glad that I have gotten most of the pressies for my family. The shopping centre are full of people and children running around screaming what they wanted. Christmas is still 9 days more. Well, glad to be home peace, relaxing and tired. My quick lunch is colourful, healthy and satisfying. Let’s cook!!!
Ingredients
1 packet shin ram yun noodles
1 carrot, cut thinly
3 green beans, cut to bite size
15 g porcini, soaked in hot boiling water
hot water
Method
Bring kettle to boil. Once boil pour into a microwave safe bowl. Add carrots, soaked porcini, reserved the porcini water and green beans into the hot boiling water. Microwave for 3-5 minutes. Drain the porcini and vegetables dry.
Open the shin ram yun noodles and condiments. Empty them into a bowl. Next add in carrot, porcini, strained porcini water and green beans. Fill with hot boiling water from kettle. Carefully carry the hot bowl and put inside the microwave.
Microwave the bowl with noodles, condiments, carrot, green beans, porcini and strained porcini water and hot water for 6-7 minutes until everything is cooked and porcini is softened. Enjoy!!!
