Smoked salmon mesclun sandwiches

Didn’t feel hungry, yet had to have something to eat; if not in the middle of the night, I will get hungry. Bought mesclun and smoked salmon slices yesterday. Decided to just have a light dinner.

Ingredients

2 slices bread
2 slices of smoked salmon, bought
mesclun
butter

Method

Spread butter on both the bread. Next place two slices of smoked salmon. Followed by mesclun. Serve with a cup of hot brewed coffee. Enjoy!!!
