
Royal gala apples are on sale, and some figs from my garden. As a crazy fruits puree person and to fill me up for longer. I am making a smoothie. Do drink smoothie in moderation.

Remember anything you eat or drink; eat or drink in moderation. I am glad to only put 5 figs into my other fruits to make smoothie. I love royal gala compared to other types of apples. Here’s my healthy smoothie that are delicious and great combinations. Enjoy in moderation!!!
Ingredients
1 royal gala apple, cut into bite size
3 Tbs plain yoghurt
5 figs, stems remove and cut into wedges
1/4 c water, plus extra
5 blueberries
chocolate sprinkles
Method
Put apples, figs, yoghurt and water into Nutri Bullet. Blend until puree. If needed more water add some more. Then pour about 3/4 c into glasses, then refrigerate for 1 hour. Before serving, I add some more water, gives a stir or two. Garnish with blueberries and sprinkles chocolate sprinkles on top. Enjoy in moderation!!!
