Corned beef egg onion cos lettuce on bread with chili sauce

Bought a canned of corned beef, eggs and a bag of onions. Got some ledtover lettuce best add in to corned beef egg onion on bread. I must have chili sauce; so, I have added it. At time, I just felt like having bread for dinner.

Too hot to cook a lot of things. Just cooked the corned beef egg and onion. That takes about 10-15 minutes. Simple yet comforting and let sit in front of aircon and eat dinner and watch Tom raider of the lost art.

I am glad to have a quick, simple spicy bread with corned beef egg onion. Serve it with a cold beer. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients

2 slices of bread
1 canned corned beef
1 small onion, peel and sliced
1 Tbs garlic minced
2 eggs, lightly beaten
lettuce
oil
pepper

Method

Heat 2 Tbs oil in a saucepan on medium heat. Then add in garlic and onion. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Next add in the corned beef, break them up into small bites. Season with pepper. Toss them to wwarmed them up about 5 minutes.

Now add in the lightly beaten eggs. Toss around the corned beef and garlic mixture. Let’s it cook a further 7-10 minutes until the eggs are coated with corned beef garlic mixture. Meantime, butter the 2 bread, lined some lettuces on top of one slice of bread.

Spoon some on top of the lettuce on bread. Drizzle chili sauce over the corned beef egg onion. Then let the second slice of bread lean on it. Or you can close the bread by putting it on top and press it down firmly to shut them closed. I had left lean on for picture. Serve with a cold beer. Enjoy!!!
