Shin ram yun noodles soup with mushroom and arugula

My lazy meal that is always shin ram yun noodles. At time I eat lunch when I feel hungry. But today, I eat just because I have some mushrooms and arugula leftovers as I don’t like wasting food, I had added into my noodles soup.

Google: “In North America, it’s known as arugula – a variation of the Italian word rucola – but it’s called aruculu in Calabria. In English Commonwealth countries like Australia, New Zealand and Canada, it’s known as rocket. Arugula has become a popular salad green, but it’s not really a lettuce. Arugula is actually part of the brassica family and is closely related to mustard. Other names for arugula include “rocket” (common in England, Australia and New Zealand) or ‘rucola’ in Italy. Its taste is peppery and a little nutty. Lovers of arugula are fanatics about it and will eat it with everything from salad to pizza. ”

This is a quick and simple way of cooking. No need lots of utensil. I only needed kettle, microwave, bowl and chopsticks. Also no need to spend too much time in the kitchen preparing the ingredients. My lunch is comforting, spicy and delicious. Let’s cook!!!

Ingredients

1 packet shin ram yun
some mushroom slices
some arugula
hot boiling water

Method

Put kettle on. Open the shin ram yun noodles packet and empty into a bowl with the condiments in it. Wash arugula and put into the bowl with noodles. Add mushrooms in. When kettle is boiled, pour hot water until your desired or enough to cover the noodles.

Place it into the microwave, and cook the noodles for 6-7 minutes until noodles, arugula and mushrooms are tender and cook. Bring out carefully with mitten. Enjoy a hot noodles soup!!!
