Bought sliced salmon, mixed salad, and cucumber to go with my bread. My lazy quick meal that doesn’t need a lot of utensils and time to prepare.
“Sliced salmon, whether raw or cooked, offers numerous health benefits due to its high omega-3 fatty acids, protein, and essential vitamins and minerals, including selenium and potassium. These nutrients contribute to improved heart and brain health, reduced inflammation, better skin, and support for the immune and thyroid systems. Additionally, omega-3s promote brain function and may enhance memory and protect against cognitive decline. Salmon also provides skin protection from aging, while its minerals play crucial roles in immune support and blood pressure regulation.”
“A mixed salad combines various leafy greens and raw vegetables, sometimes including fruits, proteins, or nuts. It is low in calories, high in fiber, and rich in essential vitamins and minerals that promote digestion, immune function, heart health, and overall wellness. The high fiber content aids digestion and weight management, while ingredients like lettuce and cucumber provide hydration. Additionally, leafy greens supply potassium and magnesium for blood pressure regulation, and antioxidants contribute to cardiovascular health and immune support.”
