
A few days ago, I made okra with onion, garlic, and chili sauce. Today, I have leftover okra, and I am adding it to my favourite noodles. In addition to okra, I am adding mushrooms. This is my simple microwave cooking lunch.

I have written down my okra cooked in onion, garlic, and chili sauce recipe for you. My meal must always have chili sauce; I am a chili lover. My lunch is satisfying, comforting, and deliciously healthy. Let’s cook!!!
Ingredients
Okra cooked in onion, garlic and chili sauce
30 okra, ends and tops trimmed, cut to bite-sized diagonally
1 Tbs minced garlic
4 Tbs onion, garlic, and chili sauce
2 Tbs oil
salt
pepper
water
Shin ram yun noodles
I packet shin ram yun
some cooked okra
some slices mushroom
water
Method
Heat oil in a saucepan on medium heat wait for it to shimmer. Once hot, add minced garlic, cook for 30 seconds. Next add the onion, garlic and chili sauce, with about 1/8 c water; tossing and mixing the sauce for 3-5 minutes. If you want more sauce add more water about 1/2 c.
Now add in okra, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until water has evaporated and okra is tender. Serve with rice and today I am serving with my shin ram yun noodles along with sliced mushroom.
Put kettle on, open the noodles packet and the condiments it comes with it. Empty into a bowl. Now put some slices of mushroom in too. Once water is boiled, pour hot water into the prepared bowl just enough to cover the noodles. Carefully place bowl in microwave. Cook for 6 minutes until noodles are tender. Next spoon some okra into the noodles soup. As my okra are thawed and left in room temperature. I reheat it for about 2 minutes.
If you are making your okra on the day itself. Serve immediately with your cooked noodles along with mushroom. Enjoy!!!!
